Train Manager
We are looking for a dedicated Train Manager for our international night trains in the tourism sector. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of onboard services and managing the crew.

What You’ll Do

Prepare a brief work schedule for your crew and organize crew briefings in advance.

Upon crew arrival, guide them through their tasks and provide active support and coaching during the journey.

Announce essential travel information to passengers during the trip.

Take full responsibility for handling passenger inquiries, comments, and any issues that may arise.

Communicate with various railway companies and suppliers.

Regularly report to the back office and create journey reports after each trip.

Flexible and able to multitask without hesitation.

Proficient in both Dutch and English; French and German are a plus

Based in Belgium or the Netherlands.

Willing to be away from home for at least 2 to 4 nights (depending on the schedule).

Relevant experience in hospitality, especially in the railway sector.

Starting points in Brussels (Vorst) or Amsterdam (Watergraafsmeer).
