Steward / Stewardess

We are looking for enthusiastic stewards to join our team on international night trains. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting passengers in the sleeping cars assigned to you, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare for the journey by ensuring everything runs smoothly.
     

  • Greet passengers with a warm smile at the various train stations.
     

  • Guide them to the correct car and sleeping compartment.
     

  • Handle passenger check-ins and assist with any administrative tasks.​
     

  • Sell snacks and drinks during the trip.
     

  • Provide passengers with necessary travel information, including schedules and onboard facilities.
     

  • Monitor passenger needs and report any issues to the Train Manager.
     

  • Assist passengers with disembarking and wish them a pleasant stay.

Who you are

  • You are customer-focused, always striving to provide excellent service.
     

  • Enthusiastic and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
     

  • A hands-on mentality and not afraid to help with logistical tasks.

​

  • Strong command of Dutch and English.
     

  • Based in the Netherlands or Belgium and able to be away for at least 2-3 nights per week (depending on the schedule).
     

  • Your shifts will start in Denderleeuw or Rotterdam.
     

  • Experience as a steward/stewardess is a plus.
