Operations Planner
For our international train projects in the tourism sector, we are looking for an Operations Planner.
Wagon Plastron is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to help manage and coordinate our daily operational activities.
As an Operations Planner, you will be responsible for the daily preparation, monitoring, and adjustment of our train operations. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate operational and logistical activities.

Maintain daily communication with customers, suppliers, and external partners.

Prepare and follow up on assignments for cleaning and logistics teams.

Monitor inventory levels and manage orders for onboard train services.

Quickly analyze and resolve operational issues or last-minute changes.

Update staff schedules, occupancy plans, and loading schedules.

Support crew planning whenever required.

Participate in operational and logistics meetings with customers.

You communicate fluently and professionally in Dutch, French, and English. Knowledge of German is considered a strong asset.
