HR Officer
Wagon Plastron is a dynamic company specializing in hospitality services, providing onboard crew and passenger services on international night trains to various European cities and tourist destinations.
As an HR Officer, you will work closely with the HR Manager and serve as the first point of contact for our future train stewards, train managers, and other internal employees. You will support the entire recruitment process while taking an active role in a broad range of HR activities.
Location: Belgium / Netherlands
Employment type: Part-time or 4/5 schedule
What You’ll Do

Screen and recruit train stewards, train managers, and other internal positions.

Validate employee timesheets and manage HR administrative files in close collaboration with our payroll partner.

Respond to HR-related questions from employees.

Organize and coordinate employee training sessions.
Who you are

Previous experience in HR is a strong advantage.
